David A Levine

My name is David Levine and I am currently finishing my Junior year at Furman University.  I am originally from Highland Park, Illinois and am currently living in Greenville, South Carolina.  I recently declared myself as a Communication Studies major and expect to graduate in May of 2015.

 

When I am not studying at Furman, I am living my dream of being a professional racecar driver competing in the IMSA Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge.  With whatever free time I have, you can find me volunteering for the American Heart Association and spending time a local childrens' hospitals giving back to the community.  I was born with a rare heart defect that required surgery when I was only four months old.  Without the reseach of the American Heart Association, I would not be here today. I love volunteering my free time for the AHA as a way of saying thanks for saving my life.
